Welcome CeCe back to Lucky Dog Rescue!! CeCe first came to Lucky Dog in 2022 when her owner felt that the other dog in the home was picking on CeCe. She was adopted almost immediately by a young person that adored CeCe but needed to focus on her mental health so CeCe was returned to Rescue. CeCe is a sweetheart. She has had some bad luck when it comes to placement in forever homes but is eager and hopeful her next home will be the one!! CeCe is a 6yr old red miniature pinscher/ chihuahua mix weighing 12lbs. She is NOT a barker and is very social. She would love someone to snuggle up with. She can be a little shy at first but one she knows she can trust she is yours forever. CeCe is a very healthy and happy girl. She was born with a weaker left leg that isn’t as strong as her right. Our vet believes this is something that likely happened in utero before she was even born. Her previous owners tried acupuncture, massage and physical therapy as well as laser therapy but little improvement was made. The vet doesn’t recommend amputation due to the fact that CeCe isn’t in pain and she can get around with little trouble. She does get a bit wobbly going up and down stairs but walks around the house without any assistance. CeCe is fully vaccinated, microchipped with lifetime registration to lucky dog rescue, spayed, been 4dx tested for heartworm and tick borne illnesses, had flea/tick prevention, full health exam and health certificate. She will come with a collar, harness, leash, winter coat, 6 months of heartworm prevention and premium dog food to get her started. CeCe is being fostered in Campbellsport, WI.
